Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VeraCity platform — our websites and the VeraCity Hub and VeraCity Store applications (together, the "Services") — provided by Veracity GLK Group ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • The Services are intended for business use by authorised users aged 18 or above.
  • Accounts are provisioned by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and OTPs confidential.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

2. Licence & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your organisation's internal business purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose;
  • copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or create derivative works from the Services;
  • access data you are not authorised to access, or interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security;
  • upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

3. Your Business Data

Data you and your organisation enter remains your organisation's property. You grant us the right to host, process and display that data solely to provide and support the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including tax and accounting records.

4. Communications Consent

You consent to receive service messages necessary to operate the Services, including one-time passwords and transactional notifications, via WhatsApp, SMS and/or email to the contact details associated with your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, VeraCity brand, logos and content (excluding your business data), are owned by Veracity GLK Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate third-party platforms such as Meta WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

7. Availability & Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data output (including financial or GST calculations) is free from errors; you remain responsible for verifying records before relying on them for statutory or business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veracity GLK Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veracity GLK Group from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services (or any account) for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Services or other users. Your organisation may also deactivate your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
